There is no time limit for being sued for not paying property fees. It depends on the property company. Because there are regulations, if the owner fails to pay within the time limit, the realty service enterprise may bring a lawsuit to the people's court, and the owner shall pay the realty service fee according to the stipulations of the realty service contract. Details are as follows:

1. The property can file a lawsuit at any time, requiring the owner to pay the property fee and compensate for the losses;

2. If the defendant fails to pay the property fee, the court will mediate first. If the mediation fails, the owner will be awarded compensation. If the owner refuses to perform, the property company may apply for compulsory execution;

3. The limitation period for requesting protection of civil rights from the people's court is three years:

(1) Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail. The limitation period of action shall be counted from the date when the creditor knows or should know that the right is damaged and the debtor knows it;

(2) Where the law provides otherwise, such provisions shall prevail. However, if the rights have been damaged for more than 20 years, the people's court will not protect them;

4, there are special circumstances, the people's court may decide to postpone according to the application of the obligee.
