The rent of small-sized apartment for ordinary decoration is about 25-30 yuan/square meter, and that of large-sized apartment 15- 18 yuan/square meter. The monthly rent for 40 square meters with similar facilities and the same environment is 1200 yuan, while the monthly rent for 130 square meters is only 1800 yuan.
