Wuhan property charging standard

1. China's first-class property charges are one yuan per square month, the second-class charges are 0.75 yuan per square month, and the third-class charges are 0.5 yuan per square month. All the above fees include taxes.

2.202 1 property management fee charging standard: Grade I charging standard: 1.00 yuan/month. M2 (including taxes), the second-level charging standard: 0.75 yuan/month. M2 (including taxes), the third-level charging standard: 0.50 yuan/month. M2 (including taxes).

Regulations of Wuhan Municipality on Property Management

Article 1 In order to standardize property management activities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners, property users and property service enterprises, and improve people's living and working environment, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Property Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Property Management and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of this Municipality.
