The lease contract does not stipulate who will bear the property fee, and the property fee will be borne by the lessee.

The rental contract does not stipulate that the property fee shall be borne by the owner, that is, paid by the owner of the house. The owner (landlord) shall pay the property service fee as agreed in the property service contract, or it may be agreed by the lessee in the lease contract.

If part or all of the leased property is damaged or lost due to reasons not attributable to the lessee, the lessee may request to reduce the rent or not pay the rent;

If the purpose of the contract cannot be achieved due to partial or total damage or loss of the lease item, the lessee may terminate the contract.
