I. General requirements

Second, the division of responsibilities

Third, the management of village capacity and town appearance.

(3) The following acts are prohibited in towns and villages:

Scrap purchasing units and individuals shall strengthen site management and shall not affect the appearance of villages and towns and pollute the surrounding environment.

(six) the establishment of advertisements, signboards, road signs, galleries, neon lights and other facilities must be approved by the township people's government and the relevant units in the county, and go through the formalities in accordance with the relevant provisions. There is no strong atmosphere in which the whole people consciously participate and the whole village attaches importance to the management of * * *, and patriotic health activities are rarely organized. The villagers' awareness of hygiene is indifferent, and littering, littering, splashing dirty water, spitting and deliberately damaging public facilities can be seen everywhere.

(3) Environmental sanitation, especially the management of farmers' markets, is not standardized, not in place, and the problem of untidiness and untidiness sometimes rebounds. The phenomenon of setting up stalls, occupying roads, building indiscriminately, littering and sewage discharge has increased.

(four) the implementation of the "three guarantees" responsibility system in front of the environmental sanitation is not in place, and it is impossible to conduct regular inspections and evaluations and implement assessment rewards and punishments. Shops operating along the street and sidewalks in front of residents, especially stalls occupying roads, often pile up garbage, which seriously affects the image of village level.
