I. Overview

The central air-conditioning charging system belongs to the "flow temperature difference" energy charging method, which is an internationally recognized charging method for central air-conditioning/heating. Second, the system principle

Energy-based billing system calculates the energy consumed by users by measuring the temperature and flow of chilled water (or hot water) flowing through users. The user's water inlet pipe is equipped with a hot and cold meter, and the inlet and return pipe are equipped with temperature sensors respectively. The energy loss is calculated by measuring the flow rate of chilled water (or hot water) (i.e. the flow rate and the size of the pipeline) and the temperature difference between the inlet and the backwater. The upper computer monitoring system is charged according to energy consumption.

According to the principle of heat exchange, the outlet temperature T 1, inlet temperature T2 and instantaneous flow qm of the energy-carrying medium (liquid water) in the heat exchange system are measured in real time, and the cold or heat consumed by the system is calculated according to the thermodynamic energy calculation formula. When T 1 is greater than T2, the storage capacity is accumulated; when T 1 is less than T2, the storage capacity is accumulated, and the storage capacity and heat are saved. As long as the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is zero, the system will not charge, which shows its good reliability and accuracy.
