When was the Property Management Ordinance promulgated?

1, The Regulations on Property Management has been adopted at the 9th executive meeting of the State Council on May 28th, 2003, and is hereby promulgated, and shall come into force as of September 1 2003. A total of 70 articles were promulgated on June 8, 2003.

"Decision of the State Council on Amending Some Administrative Regulations", Order No.666th of the State Council, has been adopted at the the State Council executive meeting. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. According to the provisions of Article 35 of the decision, Articles 33 and 61 of the Property Management Regulations are deleted.
