Legal analysis: According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, community security is a kind of security service, including the services provided by security service companies to customers by doormen, patrols, guards and other service companies recruiting personnel in the property management area.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services The security services mentioned in these Regulations refer to:

(1) Services provided by the security service company in accordance with the security service contract, such as guarding, patrolling, guarding, escorting, personal escort, security inspection, security technology prevention, security risk assessment, etc.; (2) Personnel recruited by organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions are engaged in security, patrol, guard and other security work of their own units; (3) Guarding, patrolling and guarding by the personnel recruited by the realty service enterprise within the realty management area.

The organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and property service enterprises mentioned in items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph are collectively referred to as units that employ security guards by themselves.
