We can only do it if we go to the bank and get you a mortgage certificate. You have to pay a deposit of 5000 yuan, which will be returned to you after the certificate is completed. As soon as I heard it, I paid a deposit of 5000 yuan and didn't even do it. I won't do it even if I get 5000 yuan. Even if it is returned to me, I don't know how long it will take. And I am afraid that the property will find a reason, such as deducting the property fee, and I will not be fooled if I don't give it to me.

A few days ago, I went to the property registration office to apply for the real estate license, and asked them to go to the bank to give me a mortgage certificate. They readily agreed and didn't ask for a deposit of 5000 yuan. I think if I have to pay the deposit again, I will call the mayor directly.

For real estate license, developers and properties should help. They can always find reasons to build money. I didn't pay them a penny. A week after I got the mortgage certificate, I successfully got the real estate license.
