Family individual payment items:

2, cleaning fee service content:

Daily cleaning and maintenance of road environment in public parts of buildings and residential areas.

Service standard: roads should be cleaned once a day, garbage should be removed once a day, stairs and handrails should be cleaned and wiped once a day, and the abandoned sundries of roads and courtyard green spaces in the hospital should be cleared in time.

Remarks: the charging standards set by the district and county price bureau and finance bureau where the community is located shall be implemented.

3. Safety fee collection standard: 3—5 yuan/household/month.

Service content: maintaining public order in the community and conducting daily inspections.

Service standard:

(1) actively cooperate with the police station to protect the safety of the community.

(2) All-weather patrol.

(3) Query suspicious persons in the community.

(4) Cooperate with the police station to deal with the illegal elements in the community.

(5) Fire accidents or hidden dangers, public security accidents and traffic accidents found during patrol shall be handled in time and reported to relevant departments.

Remarks: It must be a closed community and employ full-time staff.

4. All fees shall be subject to service charge:

Charge standard: 1 yuan/month.

Service content: collect water, electricity, gas, rent, sanitation and other expenses on behalf of the company.

Service standard: look up the table monthly and count accurately.

5. Vehicle parking fees (bicycles, tricycles, two-wheeled motorcycles and three-wheeled motorcycles):

Services: Look after bicycles and other vehicles.

Service standard: special parking space, supervised by special personnel.

Remarks: The charging standards set by district and county price bureaus shall be implemented.
