Where is cheaper to rent a house in Beijing? A place with convenient transportation

I found two bedrooms and one living room in Liyuan New Village, Tongzhou, with an area of 82 square meters. I rented it from the market 1300/ month. Basic household appliances and furniture in the north and south directions have water, electricity and gas, and there is no property fee. There are few residents in the community and it is quiet. Walking distance from Liyuan subway 15 minutes. I was in a hurry and didn't bargain. I should be able to talk about it.

You can take the subway to Guomao from here. The rent in Beijing is relatively high, so ours is relatively cheap. You have to find someone to rent 800 yuan.

After I came to live, I found many empty houses in this community. It should be worthwhile trying them.
