3.19-34th floor residential building: ordinary passenger elevator with machine room, with a load of 900kg and a speed of1.75m/s; Super-high-rise residence with floors 35-45: ordinary passenger elevator with machine room, with load 1050kg and speed of 2.5m/s; (The total lifting height h is greater than or equal to 140M, including the basement);

4.45-60-storey super high-rise residence: ordinary passenger elevator with machine room, with load 1050kg and speed of 3.0m/s.

Elevator selection principle:

1, basic principles of elevator selection:

(1) According to relevant national and local codes and regulations and the most economical and reasonable principle;

(2) According to the plane and elevation conditions of specific projects;

2. The design standards for the number of residential elevators are as follows:

For residential buildings with (1) 12 floors and above, each building shall have at least two elevators, one of which can accommodate stretchers;

(2) When the number of households per unit of high-rise residential buildings exceeds 60, the number of elevators should not be less than 2. And the average number of service households per elevator should not exceed 75;

3. The above elevator selection principles are conventional design standards. If a single project has special requirements, it can be designed according to the specific conditions of a single project and the relevant national and local codes and regulations.

Matters needing attention in the design of barrier-free elevator, fire elevator and stretcher elevator:

Accessible elevator:

1, residential buildings with seven floors or above should be barrier-free designed (including barrier-free elevators);

2, barrier-free elevator car design requirements are as follows:

(1) The clear width of the elevator door opening is greater than or equal to 0.8m

(2) The depth of elevator car is greater than or equal to1.4m; ; Width is greater than or equal to1.1m.

(3) Handrails with a height of 0.80-0.85m should be set on the front and side of the car.

(4) Braille layer selection buttons with a height of 0.90- 1. 10m shall be set on the car side.

(5) A mirror should be installed from the height of 0.90m in front of the car to the top.

(6) The car should be clearly displayed when it runs up and down and arrives, and it should be reported to the floor.
