Swiss-style town is jointly invested and developed by Shenzhen Futian Real Estate and Hong Kong Jiaxin Company, designed by Huayang International Architectural Design Company, managed by Shenzhen Futian Property Management Co., Ltd., and designed by Shenzhen Landscape Engineering Design Co., Ltd. The project combines the rich humanistic atmosphere and landscape characteristics of Switzerland, with low density and high greening rate, providing owners with a comfortable living environment. The first phase of the project consists of 29 multi-storey buildings and 4 high-rise buildings. The Swiss-style town is located in the west of Shencheng, No.63 Shenliao West Road, the main road of Shenyang, at the junction of Tiexi New District and Yuhong New City, separated from Tiexi New District in the north and Yuhong New City, a modern new city planned by Shunda in the south. The terrain in this area is flat and the traffic is developed, and many bus lines pass by. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Fairy Lake Park, and only 5 minutes to drive from Jili Lake Street in front of the town to the gliding area. The planned modern public transport system, such as Yuhong New Town Light Rail, is connected with the city center, which will further increase the appreciation potential of the region.

Project scale display: Swiss style town is developed in three phases.
