Legally own the property rights or use rights of apartment buildings in residential areas.
In order to strengthen the property management of residential quarters, ensure the standardized, safe and rational use of properties, protect the appearance and structure of houses from damage, and fully safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property users, this agreement is hereby signed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Hangzhou. Party A, Party B and Party C shall strictly abide by the provisions of this agreement during the renovation period.
1. Procedures to be handled before renovation: All owners and property users who need renovation must apply to the property management unit before renovation, and residential renovation that does not involve structural changes can be registered with the property management unit; Residential renovation involving structural changes shall be reported to the local real estate management department for approval, and the renovation permit shall be obtained before construction can start.

Enterprises entering residential construction must hold qualification certificates issued by Hangzhou Housing Management Bureau, and employees must have post certificates or relevant technical certificates. 2. Before entering the construction site, the decorators and decoration enterprises need to sign the Hangzhou Unified renovation contract and register with the property management unit. 3, decoration enterprise construction personnel in and out of the community should apply for a pass. 4, construction personnel stay, should be approved by the decoration department, and to the local police station for temporary residence permits, and then to the property management unit for registration.
2. Duration and time of decoration construction: The decoration period shall be subject to the time stipulated in the construction contract signed by the decoration person and the decoration enterprise. If the renovation project cannot be completed on time due to other reasons, the decorator or decoration enterprise shall register with the property management unit to extend the construction time.
It is forbidden to carry out residential decoration activities that produce environmental noise from night to the next day.
3. Removal and disposal of wastes: Decoration wastes shall not be piled up in residential areas at will. Decoration enterprises should clean up the garbage every day, bag it and pile it up at the designated place. Decoration people and decoration enterprises must keep the public facilities and venues in the park in good condition and clean, and they are not allowed to throw items into public areas at will, trample on green spaces, and it is strictly forbidden to urinate or defecate anywhere. After the completion of the decoration project, the decoration construction unit shall clean up the construction site, and go through the departure formalities with the property management unit after the decoration person has passed the acceptance.

Residential facade facilities and security window installation requirements: residential decoration shall not change the appearance of the house (details such as external doors and windows, glass, external wall materials, balcony, outdoor air conditioning installation location, etc.); All the walls on the fa? ade shall not be drilled or removed without authorization. In order to maintain the unified style of the community, the building structure and facilities shall not be damaged. The installation of air-conditioning outdoor units by the owner is limited to outdoor designated locations, and the condensate pipes must be connected to the corresponding drains on each floor.
The installation requirements of residential fa? ade facilities and security window also need to comply with the relevant provisions of the purchase agreement and the convention of community owners.

In the management fee, the property management unit will no longer charge the decorators and decoration enterprises, and the property management unit shall not charge the decoration deposit and security deposit in any name. The construction personnel shall receive RMB per certificate, and the property management unit shall not charge the decorators and decoration enterprises with decoration materials.
Seven. Liability for breach of contract:
1. If the property of the public * * * part or the adjacent owners is lost due to the decoration construction, the

2. In case of violation of the above agreement, the property management unit has the right to order the decoration enterprise.
Stop work for rectification, if the circumstances are particularly serious and cause losses to public parts or facilities, the property management unit may request the decoration company to compensate for the losses.
3. If the decoration enterprise refuses to correct after being advised and educated, the property management unit shall report it in time.
Tell the local real estate management department to handle it according to law.
Eight. Settlement of disputes:
Disputes arising in the process of residential interior decoration management services can be resolved through consultation.
Or mediation; It can also be handled in the following ways:
