Can the third party increase the property fee when the store contract expires?

I can't. The third party who renews the lease of the shop contract cannot increase the property fee. If the store contract expires and the lease is renewed, the third party has no right to increase the property fee. If the lease contract stipulates that the property fee shall be borne by the lessee, the property fee shall be paid by the lessee during the lease contract. After the lease contract expires, the property fee has nothing to do with the tenant and should be paid by the landlord.
