Responsibilities are as follows:

1. Be responsible for the negotiation of relevant stations and yards in the area in charge, manage resource pools such as station selection and difficult stations in the early stage, and control costs and risks;

2. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the relationship between owners, government and society in the region;

3. In accordance with the requirements of the specification, be responsible for the implementation of project-related links such as project initiation, design approval, order signing, safety production fee payment, commencement, completion, acceptance, delivery and submission for review;

4. Responsible for the implementation of related quality, schedule, cost and safety management in project implementation;

5. Be responsible for the test and effect evaluation of new products and processes of iron tower, machine room and supporting, indoor distribution system;

6. Cooperate with the account manager to solve problems related to operators in project implementation;

7. Responsible for the management of resources and assets of on-site facilities, such as towers, machine rooms and moving coils;

8. According to the unified requirements of Beijing Tower, be responsible for territorial maintenance, hidden danger investigation, maintenance and transformation, cost, acceptance and maintenance, important guarantee, safety production and other related work;

9. Be responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of the maintenance work of the maintenance team;

10. Responsible for maintaining property relations and regional customer relations.
