How to transfer the utilities?

Transfer ownership in the water company where the house is located.

You need to bring the original and photocopy of the real estate license and the original and photocopy of the property owner's ID card.

If you need to handle the business of bank withholding water fee, you need to bring your bank card/passbook, and you don't need the information of the original owner.

2. Power transfer

The power company where the house is located handles the transfer.

You need to bring the original and photocopy of the real estate license, the original and photocopy of the real estate owner's ID card, pay the electricity bill in the electric utility company next time after the name change (your name is on the list), and sign a withholding agreement with the list at the bank. Do not need the information of the original owner.

Article 44 of the Property Management Regulations stipulates that in the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users. The realty service enterprise shall not charge additional fees such as handling fees to the owners if it accepts the entrusted collection of money.
