Three. Working hours and rest and vacation

Article 5 Party B shall enjoy all kinds of rest and vacation rights stipulated or arranged by the employer during the contract period.
Fourth, labor remuneration.
Article 6 Party A shall determine Party B's monthly salary as RMB according to the work needs and Party B's post, taking Party B's completion of the tasks assigned by the stationed unit as the standard, and Party B's monthly overtime expenses shall be paid at the same time according to attendance and salary;
Article 7 If Party B is returned due to non-compliance with the work requirements of the stationed unit or serious violation of discipline, Party A shall pay Party B the corresponding remuneration after deducting the disciplinary fine from the actual working days according to relevant management regulations;

Article 12 If Party B is under any of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the labor contract without paying economic compensation to Party B..

(3) Serious dereliction of duty and graft, which causes damage to the interests of Party A;
(4) Causing the other party to conclude or change a contract against its true meaning by means of fraud, coercion or taking advantage of the danger of others;
(5) Due to the particularity of Party B's work, Party B is subjected to administrative detention, reeducation through labor, education, compulsory detoxification and criminal responsibility.
Article 13 If Party B is under any of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the Labor Contract after notifying Party B in writing 30 days in advance or paying Party B an extra month's salary:
(1) Due to illness or non-work-related injury, he can't take up his original job or other jobs arranged by Party A after the medical treatment expires;
(2) Failing to be competent for the job, and still unable to be competent for the job after training or post adjustment;
(3) The objective conditions on which this Labor Contract was concluded have changed greatly, which makes this Labor Contract impossible to perform, and Party A and Party B cannot reach an agreement on the contents of the changed Labor Contract through negotiation;
(four) the provisions of laws and administrative regulations can terminate the labor contract.
Article 14 A labor contract shall be terminated under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Party B reaches the legal retirement age;
(2) Party B dies;
(3) Party B is approved to study abroad or settle down at his own expense;
(4) The post assigned by Party A to Party B in this contract is revoked;
(5) Party A's superior requires that the contract personnel shall not be employed again;
(six) the expiration of the labor contract;

Article 15 When this contract is terminated or dissolved, Party B shall return the uniforms, employment certificates, all articles, tools and technical materials that Party A gave to Party B for use and custody free of charge, and compensate for the losses.

I. Definition
