Although what I do is trivial, I feel gratified and satisfied from the bottom of my heart every time I see the problems and faults that have appeared and are solved and eliminated. Adhere to the equipment maintenance system and do a good job in the maintenance and maintenance of equipment and facilities. In the re-inspection of "xxxx" in 2005, the maintenance of equipment and facilities was highly appreciated by the experts of the evaluation team, and the equipment maintenance was the best among the Fuzhou property enterprises inspected by the evaluation team. I lead the team members to adhere to the inspection system, find out the problems and hidden dangers in the building in time and solve them in time or report to the leaders. Since xxx, the board of directors, put forward that "every penny saved is a hard-won pure profit", my team members and I have actively carried out the work of saving expenses and reducing consumption. For example, if the public lighting in the building cannot be turned on, it will be turned off in time, as long as the 1 light is turned on and the two lights are not turned on. Every time a typhoon comes, our hydropower team members resolutely carry out typhoon prevention and resistance according to the deployment of the company's leadership typhoon prevention and resistance plan. Especially during the National Day last year, Fuzhou was hit by a once-in-a-century torrential rain. I and other hydropower team members fought all night at the first scene to ensure that the company's facilities and equipment and the owner's property were not lost.

Although some work has been done in the past year, it has been affirmed by everyone. But I think achievements can only belong to the past and cannot bring continuity to tomorrow.
