According to the statistical analysis report, by the end of 20 16, 30 cities in Chinese mainland (including Fuxia, Dongguan East, Nanning and Hefu) had opened urban rail transit operation, with 133 lines, with a total length of 4152.8 km ... 21cities with two or more.

Among them, the passenger traffic in Beijing reached 3.66 billion passengers (excluding the 77-kilometer urban express railway), and the average daily passenger traffic exceeded10 million passengers for the first time. At the same time, the average travel speed of urban rail transit in China is 35.35km/h, which is 2-3 times that of other public transport modes. In terms of construction, by the end of 20 16, the total scale of lines under construction in 48 cities in Chinese mainland (some projects approved by local governments were not included in the statistics) was 5,636.5km, up by 26.7% year-on-year. Among them, the lines under construction in 23 cities exceed100km, and those under construction in Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Qingdao and Beijing all exceed 300km.

According to incomplete statistics, by the end of 2065438+2006, the approved investment in the feasibility study of lines under construction in Chinese mainland area totaled 3,499.54 billion yuan. The initial approved total investment is 2,845.86 billion yuan. The investment in 20 16 was 384.7 billion yuan, a record high.

In terms of planning, by the end of 20 16, according to incomplete statistics, 58 cities in Chinese mainland have been approved for urban rail transit construction projects (including Huai 'an, Nanping, Zhuhai, Honghe, Wenshan, Hancheng, Huangguoshu, Sanya, Huangshi, Quanzhou, Taizhou, Delingha, Tianshui and Bijie 14). Among them, 50 cities have been approved for more than 2 planned routes, and 28 cities have a network scale exceeding 100 km.
