Does the property have the right to refuse the owner's vehicle to enter?

Legal analysis: there is no absolute right to prohibit the property, but for the sake of public safety, the owner has the responsibility to cooperate. After receiving the report from the realty service enterprise, the relevant administrative department shall stop the illegal act or deal with it according to law.
