1. If the housing purchased by employees takes the form of household heating, it can be implemented with reference to the standard of housing heating fee in Jiandongyuan of our bureau.

4. If employees buy commercial housing or affordable housing outside Beijing, the subsidy fee shall be calculated according to the local ordinary housing property fee and heating fee standard, and heating fee subsidies shall not be issued in areas without heating in winter.

5. For employees whose original housing area is not up to standard, and who have now purchased ordinary commodity housing or affordable housing, self-owned property and heating fee subsidies: (1) Property subsidy amount = (original allocated housing area of individual housing standard area) × self-shopping industry standard; (2) heating subsidy amount = (original allocated housing area of individual housing standard area) × self-purchased housing heating standard.
