Can the lost car and property in the community be compensated?

Legal analysis: if the property enterprise fails to fulfill the stipulations of the property service contract and provide relevant safety prevention services, resulting in the loss of the car, the property shall be liable for compensation; Property enterprises shall not be liable for compensation if they perform their safety duties in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract.

Legal basis: Article 35 of the Property Management Regulations, the owners' committee shall conclude a written property service contract with the property service enterprise selected by the owners' congress.
