2. Start the construction of Gutian Park (tentative name). Gutian Park is located in the northwest of Gutian Third Road-Jiefang Avenue, covering an area of about 50 mu. At present, the planning and design scheme of Gutian Park (preliminary) has been completed. This project is a comprehensive land utilization project, and now two preliminary schemes have been basically formed, both of which are above-ground parking lot, underground parking lot and commercial building. Strive to start construction next year, with an investment of about 310 million yuan. Strive to complete the construction and put it into use before the end of 20 18 or in the middle of 20 19.

In the past, the green construction land on village collective land was leased, and the rent was paid by signing a lease agreement.
