Characteristics of urban coast in Di Chin

The project is bordered by Qiujiang River in the north, qinglong river in the east, Putuo Business Circle in the south and Jiading City in the west. It can be said that if you enter, you will get the convenience of the city, and if you retreat, you will keep the tranquility of the shore. The urban waterfront covers an area of nearly 300,000 ㎡, and the whole community covers an area of 44 1 mu, with a plot ratio of only 0.99. There are 18695㎡ commercial streets and 3300㎡ pure life clubs in the community, which is a super-large life town combining waterfront sentiment with urban humanities. The theme of this project is "Longevity, Happy Town". Created the first Landscape Architecture Design. Through the combination of natural ecological elements of "mountain, water, forest and island", "City of Love", "Art Town of barbizon" and "Romantic City of Venice" were solemnly interpreted, realizing the organic combination of ecology, environmental aesthetics and architecture.
