In order to do a good job in receiving graduates from colleges and universities outside our region on 20 1 1, the relevant issues concerning the employment of graduates from colleges and universities outside our region in Nanjing are hereby notified as follows:

First, Ningxia Shengyuan graduates

(a) graduates of employment units in our region, please send the Registration Certificate directly to the employer, and the files and accounts will be transferred together; If the receiving unit is a non-public unit without file keeping authority, the Registration Certificate will be sent to the talent exchange institution where the unit is located, which will provide personnel agency services such as files and accounts; If the affiliation of the receiving unit is unclear, the graduates can be sent to the employment guidance service center of college graduates in Ningxia for signing and transferring procedures.

(II) Graduates who have not implemented the employment unit can send the Registration Certificate to the Employment Guidance Service Center for College Graduates in Ningxia according to their own wishes, or send it back to the municipal talent exchange institution in their place of origin for management. The file will be transferred with them, and the account will be transferred back to the police station where they moved out before entering school. Graduates who find employment units in Ningxia within two years (that is, before June 30th, 20 13) can go through the formalities for changing the Registration Certificate at the Employment Guidance Service Center for College Graduates in Ningxia (hereinafter referred to as the Center); If the employment period exceeds two years, the "Center" will no longer be responsible for handling relevant employment procedures such as registration certificate change.

(3) Allow Ningxia graduates from ordinary colleges and universities outside the region to work across provinces. Such graduates do not need to issue a certificate of consent to work outside the district, and all training institutions can send them directly on the basis of graduates' applications.

(four) directional graduates (including ethnic preparatory students and ethnic class oriented students) and entrusted training graduates recruited by colleges and universities outside the region in our region should, in principle, return to the orientation and entrust training units for employment. The change of employment destination shall be approved by the training unit entrusted by the original direction.

(5) According to the relevant regulations of the state, graduates who are enrolled in Ningxia without the approval of the admissions department of our district will not go through any formalities in our district.

Second, non-Ningxia graduates

Non-Ningxia graduates from universities outside the region are welcome to work in Ning. All non-Ningxia graduates who implement employment units in our district can go through the employment formalities according to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 1.

Three, according to the relevant provisions of the state archives management, graduates' files should be forwarded by the school, and all graduates' files will not be accepted in our district. The graduate files forwarded by the school should mainly include the following contents: ① employment notice of graduates; (2) Graduate registration form; (3) Graduate transcripts; (4) graduate physical examination form; (5) materials on the relationship between graduate party organizations and the Communist Youth League organizations; ⑥ Admission files; ⑦ List of archival materials.

Four, where the non Ningxia graduates studying in our district, did not implement the employment unit when graduation, this year will be sent back to their places of origin, files, accounts with the move.
