Who will bear the maintenance of water supply, power supply and other facilities?

It is the water supply and power supply unit departments that undertake the maintenance of water supply and power supply facilities. The providers of water and electricity are water supply companies and power supply bureaus. Water supply companies and power supply bureaus have the right to entrust property service companies to collect relevant fees on their behalf through legal procedures, but they should bear the maintenance of facilities themselves.

If the units specified in the preceding paragraph temporarily occupy or dig roads and sites due to maintenance, they shall promptly restore the original state.
