(VI) The business service unit of parking facilities equipped with mechanical parking equipment shall, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on special equipment, obtain the registration certificate for the use of special equipment in accordance with the law and take the initiative to declare regular inspection, formulate and implement the safety management system, take emergency measures in time when an accident occurs and report to the market supervision department;
