Factory leaders have also come here many times to inspect and guide the work. We tell the guests the latest news and precautions and the on-hour service hotline through the warm tips of the small blackboard, and solve all kinds of difficulties encountered by the guests in time. In order to provide a clean and comfortable living environment for our guests, we have strengthened the cleaning work, and checked the hygiene of every room and bed from time to time every day to ensure that the floor and bed are clean, and the desktop and fittings are clean. Bedding is changed, disassembled, washed and installed once a day, which ensures the cleanliness of bedding. Every time a guest moves in, we have to carry out a general cleaning, assist in maintenance and inspection, ensure the normal facilities of the apartment and prepare for the next batch of guests. There is only one thought in our hearts: serving customers, serving customers gloriously and making customers live more comfortably. At the same time, in order to let the guests take a hot bath as soon as possible, I used the weekend break to help the relevant personnel to replace 19 hot and cold faucet nozzles, so that guests can take a hot bath comfortably in the guest room after work fatigue. All these have greatly improved the living environment of the guest room and made the guests stay here more comfortable and enjoyable. (4) Strengthen the safety management of apartments. On the one hand, visitors are carefully registered to effectively prevent uninvited guests from entering and ensure the property and personal safety of guests. Over the past year, the loss of guests' property has been effectively eliminated. On the other hand, the fire safety management is strengthened, and the safety fire control system is strictly checked every day. When problems are found, maintenance personnel can repair them in time, and unsafe factors such as fire, water and electricity have been eliminated. In one year's work, through the communication with the guests, I also found some imperfections in our work, which need to be improved. Specifically, the information facilities in the guest room (1) can't keep up. There is no broadband internet port in the current guest room, which can not meet the needs of customers and bring great inconvenience to work. (2) Room communication facilities are not perfect. There is no fixed telephone installed in the guest room, and the cell phone signal in some rooms is not good, which brings great inconvenience to the guests. (3) There is no temperature regulating device such as air conditioner in the guest room. Some rooms are still cold in winter, especially those without sunlight, which is even colder in winter. Looking back on last year's work, we can see that the smooth completion of all the work can not be separated from the correct leadership of business leaders and the strong support of colleagues.
