Introduction of Qingling City Garden Project

The total area of Qingling City Garden Project is about 6.5438+0.7 million square meters, and the land is divided into two areas, namely, the southern area is about 6.5438+0.7 million square meters and the northern area is about 70,000 square meters. The total planned construction area of the project is about 308,600 square meters, the floor area ratio is 1.90, the building density is 25%, the green space ratio is about 30%, and there are more than 3,400 households. It is planned to build 6 1 buildings, including 45 multi-storey houses with 5-6 floors 16 buildings and 45 small high-rise houses with10/floor. The supporting construction of the project includes commercial outlets, community houses and property management houses.

Under the guidance of Wuhan's affordable housing policy, Qingling Urban Garden Project is based on the principle of "less land occupation, beautiful environment, small area, complete functions, low price and good quality" to create a new era of affordable housing with reasonable residential building area and improved quality of life.
