What is the purchase restriction policy in Guangzhou?

Guangzhou is divided into restricted areas and unrestricted areas, among which:

1. Non-restricted areas refer to Zengcheng and Conghua. You can buy a set of foreign accounts without social security.

2. Restricted purchase areas include 9 areas including Haizhu, Yuexiu, Liwan, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huadu, Huangpu, Panyu and Nansha.

To buy a house in Nansha and other restricted areas, you need to pay social security and taxes for 60 months in a Guangzhou account or a foreign account, and you can't pay them back halfway.

The whole Guangzhou area includes commercial service projects (apartments) in the restricted area, which are not limited to purchase.
