Abstract: Since China's reform and opening up in the last century, a modern and professional property management model has been introduced to China. So far, the property management industry in China has developed into an industry with tens of thousands of enterprises and millions of employees. How to provide good service according to the characteristics of property environmental management is the key point that property management departments need to understand.
