The property contract is automatically terminated when it expires. Before the expiration of the service period stipulated in the preliminary property contract, if the property contract concluded between the owners' committee and the new property service personnel has been established and taken effect, the preliminary property contract shall be terminated. According to Article 940th of the General Principles of the Civil Law, if the realty service contract concluded by the construction unit and the realty service provider according to law comes into effect before the expiration of the service period stipulated in the previous realty service contract, the previous realty service contract will be terminated.
