Cracks in non-grass-roots walls lead to cracks, that is, the decoration contractor did not properly handle the surface layer and decorative layer of the wall during decoration, in which case the decoration contractor should take full responsibility; If cracks appear in the primary wall, which leads to cracks in the subsequent treatment layer, in this case, the decoration builder and the residential construction unit (developer) should share the responsibility, and the responsibility of the builder is that the primary treatment inspection was not carried out before the decoration.

2. The finely decorated house purchased.

In this case, if there is a crack, the housing construction unit (developer) should bear the maintenance responsibility, and can inform the property to find the construction unit for maintenance compensation.
