What certificate does the property fire chief need?

The property fire chief needs a fireman's license for buildings and structures, which has five grades and is common throughout the country. At present, according to this standard, all provinces and cities in China have set up "professional skill appraisal stations for special types of work in the fire protection industry" to provide vocational training and professional appraisal for people who are or will be engaged in fire protection work in social units.

After passing the appraisal, the Ministry of Human Resources and Labor and Social Security of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security and the Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center of the fire fighting industry jointly issued the Certificate of Professional Qualification Grade for Building Firefighters. This profession is divided into five grades, namely: junior fireman, intermediate fireman, senior fireman, fire technician and senior fire technician (also known as fire expert).
