It's all because when the construction workers were cleaning up the excavated road construction garbage, the trolley rolled over the tap water manhole cover, and the manhole cover fell and broke the pipeline in front of the tap water meter, resulting in water inflow in the nearby basement.

According to the project director of the residential property office, the construction party has dug off the water pipe 9 times since the renovation began. The person in charge said that the renovation project only aims at replacing and renovating the pipelines in the public part of the community. But because this community was built in 1997, there are 22 buildings, two of which are compound and intermediate people's court. Excluding courtyards and intermediate people's courts, there are 173 1 households. The sewer pipes are all cast iron pipes, which have been rotten for 23 years.
