Introduction to the project of twelve cities on earth

Dida 12 city is located on the north side of New Jinyang Highway in Zhongbei Town, Xiqing District, 500 meters west of the outer ring road and adjacent to the University Town in the southeast. It only takes 10 minutes to drive. Dida 12 City was the first city in Tianjin to put forward grouping according to architectural style and residential feeling, and packed every 80,000 square meters with 12 style, including Ningyue City, Qin Lang, Luer County, Shuijing Bay, Nautilus Island, Bluegrass, Lin Nan, Xiaer, Shuiyuzhou, Mohu Town, Mingxi and Hongshi.

It includes twelve theme landscape centers and twelve core living areas. Dida 12 city combines the pure Spanish architectural style, designs brand-new architectural forms such as neighborhood villas, quadrangles, landscape rooms, small high-rise buildings and high-rise apartments, and develops a variety of creative spaces such as one-and-a-half rooms, hanging gardens and semi-basements. The architecture of Dida 12 city and the garden landscape of 50,000 square meters central demonstration area also adopt simple Spanish style. The whole central landscape axis takes music, literature and art as the theme, and rich waterscape runs through it, with granite stone washing as the main pavement and soft bricks on both sides.

In the urban landscape of Dida 12, details such as characteristic hand-painted landscape walls, abstract lamps and pomegranate-shaped wrought iron can be seen everywhere, and the Spanish style is rich. Central demonstration area (Ningyue City): covers an area of 50,000 square meters, with a plot ratio of 0.6; Architectural forms include: a. Neighborhood villa, with an area of120-160m2, with three rooms to four rooms; B.4.5-story quadrangle with an area of120-190 square meters, with three rooms to four rooms; C.5.5-story scenic villa, with an area of 60- 120 square meters, and space configuration: one room to three rooms.
