4. All construction projects are completed according to the approved community planning and related professional management and design requirements, and meet the use requirements.

5, residential and public facilities, municipal public infrastructure and other single projects are all qualified, and the acceptance information is complete;

6. The water supply, water supply, electricity, gas, communication and broadband of the house should meet the conditions of use.

7. The greening of residential areas should be completed by roads, and the outdoor parking lot should meet the use conditions.

8. Indoor water suppression experiment is needed, and the toilet must be closed.

What should be paid attention to in house delivery and acceptance?

1, area error. Area is a link of many problems in the process of moving in. Many property buyers always feel that the area is smaller than they think when they enter the new house with keys. This is mainly because the sales area of commercial housing includes the pool area. Because the calculation method of pool area is relatively complicated, it is not easy to be mastered by most property buyers.

2. Building quality. Perhaps the quality problem is the biggest concern of buyers when they move in. Because the commercial housing on the market is divided into rough houses and finely decorated houses, for rough houses, the quality problems are mainly reflected in the cracks on the inside of the wall, doors and windows, water heating and so on.

3. The door should be free to operate. Besides paying attention to the smoothness of the door decoration, try to open the door lock to see if it works. Whether the door gap is too large to be opened easily, whether the iron bar gap of the security door is too wide to prevent theft, whether the door key and lock are sealed, etc.

4. Windows are most afraid of water seepage. The most common and troublesome problem encountered in house inspection is water seepage. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether there is water seepage in the windowsill, ceiling, wall and bathtub. If the house is beautifully decorated and all the furniture is moved to the back of the house, it will be very troublesome to maintain.

5. The wall should be smooth. Looking around the wall or touching it by hand, you can see whether the wall is flat and clean. Small cracks on the wall are generally caused by uneven inner insulation layer and facing. Observe whether there are air conditioning pipe holes in the relevant positions. Better try to see if the floor drain is clear.
