What is the building area of Hong Kong Harbour City?

Harbour City, located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, is the largest shopping center and famous brand center in Hong Kong, and is a property of Wharf Group. 1987, Wharf collectively referred to all Canton Road properties located in ocean centre, Ocean Terminal, Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel Shopping Mall and Gangwei Shopping Mall as Harbour City Business Circle. The shopping center covers an area of 2 million square feet, including about 50 restaurants, 2 large cinemas, 3 hotels and about 700 retail stores. The office area covers 4.4 million square feet. The other part covers an area of 6 million square feet, including 3 high-class hotels, 500-room serviced apartments, a private club (Kowloon Pacific Club) and more than 2,000 parking spaces. Harbour City consists of four parts, namely ocean terminal, Marco Polo Ro Hotel, Shipping Center and Gateway Tower. Harbour City is developed by the pier and rebuilt by stages by the pier. The earliest part of the ocean terminal was completed at 1966, with a cruise terminal. The whole building complex was formed in1980s.
