What conditions do the owners' autonomous owners' meeting need to meet?
Owners' Autonomy Owners' Meeting was held under the condition that more than 20 owners in this community unanimously agreed on the agenda of the meeting. If the property management area meets one of the following conditions, the first owners' meeting may be held:
