In order to adapt to the new job and working environment as soon as possible, I consciously strengthen my study, humbly ask for advice and solve doubts, constantly sort out my working ideas and summarize my working methods, and now I am basically qualified for the job. On the one hand, learn while doing, learn while doing, and constantly master methods to accumulate experience. I pay attention to the task as the traction, relying on the improvement of post learning, through observation, exploration, access to information and practical exercise, I quickly entered the working state. On the other hand, consult books and colleagues, constantly enrich knowledge and master skills.
With the help and guidance of company leaders and colleagues, I have never attended a meeting and have never been familiar with it. I gradually found out the basic situation in my work, found the breakthrough point, and grasped the key and difficult points of my work.
Second, do a good job in cleaning logistics services seriously and responsibly.
The work of Maternal and Child Health Hospital was given to me in xx. For me, this is the first time. Due to the lack of professional knowledge and management experience, there is a shortage of cleaning staff at present, plus the pressure of hospital rating and director Zhang. Mainly do the following two aspects: first, turn pressure into motivation, and supervise the staff to do a good job in hospital cleaning and logistics. The second is to work at the bottom to motivate employees.
Third, personnel management.
After the employees of the old women's insurance company transferred to the new women's insurance company, the work area increased and the requirements were improved. Employees' mood fluctuates and their work enthusiasm is not high. Therefore, without affecting the quality of work, he communicates with employees in various ways to stabilize their emotions. According to the job requirements of each post, the rational allocation of personnel and the assessment of workload have been strengthened, and the operation requirements of cleaning have been basically met without increasing the number of personnel.
At present, there are xx employees, two of whom left and transferred this month.

Fourth, training.
The new cleaning staff are trained in cleaning theory and practical operation in different positions, so that the cleaning staff can master the cleaning knowledge and meet the requirements of writing hospital cleaning work. On the premise of "hospital cleaning standard" training for cleaning staff, combined with the actual situation at work, we will focus on the following training: the classification and use of cleaning agents, cleaning procedures, cleaning stainless steel ornaments, cleaning furniture, cleaning ashtrays, cleaning wallpaper, cleaning and maintaining elevators, and handling stains.
Strengthened the training of employee appraisal system and established the sense of responsibility of employees. At present, employees have been able to work hard and complete according to the prescribed standards, but they still need supervision and management in observing work discipline, behavior and other details. The next step is to strengthen this kind of training and make it a habit.
After continuous training and running-in, the cleaning staff has adapted to the existing management methods and workflow, and the staff is basically stable.

(2) The amount of garbage bags in hospitals is large, which is easy to control macroscopically and difficult to control microscopically.
