National heating regulations

The national regulations on heating are as follows:

On the same day, in order to cope with the cold wave and the sharp cooling weather, all heating enterprises in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region started heating in advance;

However, it should be noted that the Municipal People's Government can adjust the heating period according to the actual weather conditions. 3. 10/0, 15 residential quarters in Chengbei District of Xining City will be heated in advance from October 9. In combination with the weather changes, Chengbei District Urban Management Bureau encouraged heating units to provide heat in advance, and Jinzuo Niweigu, Jinyejiayuan and other 15 property communities began to provide heat on June 9 10. Chengbei District Urban Management Bureau will continue to pay attention to the preheating and heating situation of central heating district, and urge heating units to deal with all kinds of heating problems in time.

Legal basis: Article 5 of People's Republic of China (PRC) National Standard-Urban Heating Service.

It is stipulated that the heating temperature shall not be lower than 18℃, and no unit or individual may interrupt the heating of the heating system by violence or threat to achieve the purpose of demolition and requisition. Under normal weather conditions, when the heating system is in normal operation, the heating business enterprise shall ensure that the heating temperature of the user's bedroom and living room is not lower than 65438 08℃.
