How many levels are there in the certificate of property manager?

Property permits are divided into three levels: property manager's card, assistant property manager's card and property manager's card, collectively referred to as property employee's card, which are of the same nature. The assessment is divided into two parts: knowledge and skills. The knowledge test of property managers adopts written test, and the skill test adopts two kinds of tests: one part adopts written test and the other part adopts video test. In addition to taking the above-mentioned knowledge and skills examination, the property manager also needs to submit papers and defenses of more than 2,000 words.

Registration conditions of property manager certificate:

1. Property enterprise managers, project (department, community) managers and property managers who have not obtained the property qualification certificate;

2. Hold my ID card, copy of graduation certificate, electronic photo, post certificate registration form in the fields of housing and urban and rural construction.
