In principle, institutions that pass the assessment will be fully subsidized in the current year's rent, and the subsidy that passes the assessment will be 80%. Those who fail the exam will not be subsidized. Urban enterprise rent subsidies are approved by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and allocated by the municipal finance. The source of subsidy funds is implemented according to the current financial system of Jinhua City and included in the annual budget.
