Part 1: summary of trial performance

Focus: This is an important part of the full-time debriefing. You should sum up your achievements during the probation period and let the leaders see the value of your work.

For example:

1. company goal: describe the company's strategic goal during the probation period, starting from the aspects that leaders pay attention to, such as the achievement of performance/conversion rate.

2. Individual bidding: associate and match individual bidding with company bidding.

3. Completion progress: For those who have successfully completed the progress, they can express how they did it from several aspects, so they have achieved successful progress results. For the poor completion, it is necessary to explain the reasons and improvement plans, such as objective reasons or subjective reasons. Although the completion progress is not ideal, there is good logic to analyze and express the results. Leaders don't feel less points because of your unfinished achievements, but because of your clear analysis and expression, they feel potential.

Part II: Copy of Project Summary

Focus: I have done a lot of work and projects during the trial period, so I will list and summarize the key projects, such as how many key projects have been promoted and how the results are.

For example:

Background: The reasons for doing this project and the challenges encountered in the process of developing the project.

Objectives: What are the objectives and tasks of this project, and what needs to be dealt with in order to achieve the objectives.

Results: How about the project results, whether it was overfulfilled, what was overfulfilled, whether it was insufficient and why.

Summary: Are there any experiences and skills that can be copied to similar projects through the harvest of the project?

2. Unfinished projects.

Background: The reason for doing this project and the thread selection encountered during the project.

Objectives: What are the objectives and tasks of this project, and what the target equipment should handle in order to achieve the objectives.

Progress: what has been achieved. What's the next plan?

Summary: Summarize the problems encountered by the project so far and plan the follow-up treatment.

Part III: Self-growth

Focus: Summarize your growth during the probation period, suggesting that the leader can look forward to his future and have more potential, and let the leader know that he can take on more critical responsibilities.

For example:

1, professional competence: the process of developing a project. What new self-awareness and abilities have you gained?

2, team management ability: how to quickly integrate into the new team, how to lead the team to carry out the work and successfully complete the project.

3, coordination and communication skills: the problem coordination method in the promotion of the month, what difficulties encountered, what growth and exercise.

4. Summary of project methodology: Make a copy of the previous project, and extract the key elements, such as how to carry out the project from cluster 0 to 1, how to realize the high efficiency of project implementation, and so on, as well as the common skills that can be copied.

Part IV: Future work planning.

Key points: Personal planning should be based on team goals and keep consistent with the direction of team goals.
