Conditions for the establishment of industry committees for pure commercial properties

Hello, basic requirements: If the property management community meets one of the following conditions, more than 5 owners shall jointly submit a written application to the neighborhood office where the community is located, fill in the Application Form for the Establishment of the Preparatory Group for the First Owners (Representatives) Conference, and establish the first owners' committee:

1. The delivered construction area of the property reaches more than 50%;

2. The delivered construction area of the property exceeds 30% and less than 50%, and it has been used for more than one year.

3. For the phased development of large residential quarters, an interim owners' meeting or owners' congress may be convened upon the application of the owners who have paid more than half of the voting rights and the approval of the district, county and municipal property administrative departments, and an interim owners' committee may be established during the phased development. The rights and obligations of the temporary owners' committee are the same as those of the owners' committee.
