Do the property fee and parking space management fee have to be paid together?

1. Property fees include:

9. Other expenses agreed by the owner. Property service fee is the operating cost of property enterprises, which has included the corresponding residential sanitation and cleaning costs.

Two, the parking management fee mainly refers to the parking space cleaning fee and the salary of vehicle management personnel. Therefore, property fees and parking space management fees are two different fees.

Legal basis: Regulations on Property Management
