Policy of installing elevators in multi-storey buildings

Multi-storey elevator installation policy requires owners to follow the principles of voluntary, independent implementation, guidance from street offices and ensuring safety. Involving the occupation of residential land or exclusive parts, it is necessary to obtain the consent of more than two-thirds of the owners before installing elevators.

Elevator decoration should be reasonably designed without affecting the safety of the original building structure, and meet the management requirements of urban landscape, ventilation, lighting, fire protection and so on.

Existing houses need to add elevators in some areas of * * *, or the shape or structure of some areas of * * * needs to be changed due to the addition of elevators. In line with the principles of openness, transparency, full consultation and consideration of all parties, and according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), it should be approved by the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than two-thirds of the total construction area and more than two-thirds of the total number of people.

First, the multi-storey elevator needs the consent of all owners:

Multi-storey elevators require the consent of all owners. Two thirds of people agree. Because installing an elevator will involve a lot of expenses, including installation fees and elevator maintenance fees. These expenses are very large and need to be borne by the owner. Moreover, installing elevators not only facilitates residents' travel, but also affects residents. Elevator operation will have a noise effect, and the elevator shaft will block some light.

Second, the elevator use matters needing attention are:

1. Check whether the elevator has passed the annual inspection date.

When entering the elevator, you'd better look at the annual inspection date posted inside the elevator. If the deadline has passed, you'd better not take it to avoid accidents, or call the relevant property management department to remind you to do the annual inspection in time.

2. Avoid elevator overload

Generally speaking, when there are too many people or loads, elevators will be overloaded. At this time, an alarm will occur, and you should take the initiative to quit the elevator, because when the elevator is overloaded, it is easy to have some accidents. Be careful and don't be careless.

Don't ring the emergency bell.

There is usually a panic button in the elevator, which exists to deal with some unexpected situations, so if it is not a special accident, don't ring the bell, otherwise it will bring you some unnecessary trouble more or less.

4. Pay attention to choose a reliable elevator installation company.

In general, elevators are installed under the organization of the government. Choosing an installation company through direct bidding can better ensure the interests and safety of residents. But if residents install it themselves, they must pay attention to elevator installation companies, especially elevator companies with after-sales service.
