The housing selection procedure of Xixi Beiyuan

1. Resettlement households (trustees) carry their ID cards and choose houses according to the order of the final house number (if the final house number is 1, it means the first to enter the site to choose houses, draw lots, and so on);

2. After the staff calls, the householder (trustee) will be arranged in the room with his ID card, notice of house selection and registration form of house selection;

3. Resettlement households (trustees) choose houses or draw lots according to the corresponding combination of units. After confirmation, they fill in the confirmation form of the house selection result, sign and seal it, and it will take effect after notarization by the on-site notary office;

4. Resettlement households sign the Preliminary Agreement on the Allocation of Resettlement Houses in Xixi Beiyuan Small High-rise Apartment in Wuchang Street with the confirmation form of the house selection result, which means that the house selection activities of resettlement households have ended and the house selection cannot be changed.

5. Preventive measures

(1) After the resettlement households enter the housing selection area, they must complete the housing selection and lottery within ten minutes;

(2) If the resettlement households do not enter the site to choose a house within five minutes after being called, the final house selection number will be reordered to the last number in the house selection order specified in the house selection cycle on that day, and the next final house selection number will automatically take over and continue to choose a house, and so on.
