After getting off the subway, there is a community, Yida new house, a large demolition house community, and a doorway is the subway station exit, with a distance of 100 meters. The residential room is ok, the environment is average and a little old. The agent said that the property fee is too cheap, and the property fee is 50 cents, so the overall environment is average.

Then I went to see Yitai Yayuan, which is a little far from the subway station, 1: 4 km, and it takes 20 minutes to walk. The apartment type is not good, the residential environment is not bad, but the price is cheap. Yida can buy three rooms at the price of two new houses, and there may be some left.

Then I went to see Xiujing Garden. The environment in this community is the best. There are two rivers running through it, the bridge and the water. About 15 minutes from the subway station. This is my favorite sentimental house.

Xia yang has basically seen these communities and communicated with the intermediary. It seems that there are not many houses at present, and it is best to reach a new home, but some houses are still dominated by the bottom and top floors.

Xia yang feels well-equipped and livable, but it is unlikely to be greatly improved.

After lunch, I went to Xu Jing, which is also a part of Qingpu. Xu Jing and xia yang have completely different feelings.

First, I went to see Ruihe Mingting, which is divided into many districts, but it is far from the subway station, and there is also Jinting.

Then I went to see the Haitang Garden, which is close to the subway station. The facade is good, the environment is good, and the apartment is poor.

Finally, I saw a Xinpuyuan, a very good community, which is the closest to the subway station. At the same time, the suite near the community is very good, with large balcony and large windows, so the price is also high. This community is wonderful, but there are two problems, one is the high price, the other is that it has just been completed for three years and there are few houses.

On the way back, I met another intermediary. After the talk, I went to see another community, Xinqinyuan. This community is divided into many communities, some of which are kilometers away from the subway station 1.4 and too far to walk. Some areas will be much better, about 900 meters, the room type of the side cover is very positive, and the middle cover is also good, all of which are south.

The above is probably the harvest of my trip to Qingpu. In a word, xia yang is suitable for living, with good facilities and moderate price. Xu Jing doesn't have such a good package, and the price is more expensive, but there is a lot of room for appreciation. But when buying a house, we should pay attention to the question of administrative ownership, whether it belongs to Xu Jing or Huaxin. .

Qingpu Xu Jing Town and Qingpu New Town are good choices, and the surrounding area of Song Jia Middle Road in Zhaoxiang Town will also be the key development plate in the future. Considering Qingpu Real Estate, these sectors can be expected in the future.

Huijin Road, Qingpu Baolong Square, Core Development Circle

If we only consider the location, it is Xu Jing and Qingpu New Town, one is close to the urban area and the other is fully equipped.

If the late appreciation is taken into account, Zhao Xiang and Xicen are excellent, one is the blessing of caohejing Development Zone, and the other is Huawei's R&D center. This industry is a high value-added real estate. Look at Zhangjiang, caohejing and Hongqiao, all of which are molding industries, upgraded in the later stage and leapfrogged perfectly.

Qingpu Renheng Xijiao Garden is close to Metro1Line 7 2.
